Very funny comedian Pierre from Bad Boys of Comedy, Def Jam and Comic View is doing stand up tonight at Clarence Muse Cafe Theater 650 Griffin St. Dallas.  Show starts at 9pm





The 5th annual Coors Light Texas-Oklahoma Party on the Plaza is going on today until 4pm.  Its at American Airlines Center 2500 Victory Ave, Dallas.  Its free.  Get there as soon as you can to see the game on the big screens.  After the game Swan Song, the longest running live Led Zeppelin tribute act will be performing.  Though it is outdoors, coolers and pets are not allowed.  Sorry..  But it will be fun, and its kid friendly.

Hi HEB folks!!  There's a haunted house near you :-) Moxley Manor Haunted House at 510 Harwood Rd. Bedford.  7pm to midnight are the hours and it cost $17 to $25.

Angelo & Vito's Pizzaria/ Nice quaint spot for a first date

This friday I was amongst a group of people and a discussion came up about women who are turned off by going to a place like Applebee's for a first date because its cheap.  My offering to the discussion was that, yes Applebee's for a first date can definitely be a turn off, but that there are other places that you can go for a first date that don't necessarily have to be Capital Grill or Nobu, that will still wow a woman and make for a great first impression.  Like bistro's, or cute little family owned restaurants.  Its not always about money when wowing a woman.  Creativity is key. I went to a pizzaria on Sunday that I thought would be perfect for a first date so I thought I'd share.  It was called Angelo & Vito's Pizzaria.  Its a Brooklyn styled pizzaria and it seemed great for a first date.  Its at 4520 Frankford Rd.
