The Hookah Tuesday “Mardi Gras Party” is tonight at Momo’s Kitchen.  2800 Routh St., Dallas.  $5 Hurricanes, New Orleans themed music, Hip Hop, Hookahs, party favors and crawfish will be included on the menu.  Get there by 8pm…  Or after. . Its Fat Tuesday at The Free Man Cajun Café and Lounge!  2626 Commerce St., Dallas.  And they are doing it big!  Live music starts at 2pm with a 5 piece New Orleans Style Band.  They will be doing a “Tumble” Through Deep Ellum and the pre party for that starts at 5pm.  The tumble runs from 6pm to 7pm.  From then on the flagship band of the Free Man, The Free Loaders will play. The Classical Open Mic continues at Buzzbrews Kitchen 4334 Lemmon Ave., Dallas.  It starts at 8pm.  Go eat, drink and listen to local classical artists flex their muscle. Scat Jazz Lounge in Fort Worth is having a “Phat” Fat Tuesday Party!  Lol!  111 West 4 th Suite 11....

The Alcove is a great little trendy bar.  Very comfy, and a great place to relax off your work day stress.  2907 State St., Dallas. Joe Cajun.  Not really a fancy place but evidently this place has the best crawfish in Arlington.  1115 E. Pioneer Pkwy., Arlington.  Even if you don’t get out and go, I think this place is worthy of bookmarking for crawfish season. Scat Jazz Lounge is going to be having the smooth sounds of Open Standard featuring Ricki Derek tonight.  111 W. 4 th St., #11 in Fort Worth.   Get there about 8pm.  Chill and enjoy. This place is kinda cool if you like Louisiana Style Daiquiris….  May also be noteworthy to remember for the summer.  The Daiquiri Shop 692 W. Pioneer Pkwy Suite 120 in Grand Prairie.  They are open from 10am to 9pm and they stay open until 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
