‘Til Midnight at the Nasher!  This event will include an outdoor concert featuring the best regional talent, Nasher Café by Wolfgang Puck, and tours of the permanent collection at the Nasher Sculpture Center.  2001 Flora St., Dallas.  Its from 6pm to midnight.

Comedian Steven Michael Quezada will be at Hyena’s Comedy Night Club in Dallas.  5321 E. Mockingbird Lane.  His show is at 8:30pm and will cost $15.

Multiple Exposure’s!  A Free photography exhibit will be featured at the Oak Cliff Cultural Center.  223 W. Jefferson Blvd., Dallas.  The exhibit goes from 7pm until 9pm.

Angelo & Vito's Pizzaria/ Nice quaint spot for a first date

This friday I was amongst a group of people and a discussion came up about women who are turned off by going to a place like Applebee's for a first date because its cheap.  My offering to the discussion was that, yes Applebee's for a first date can definitely be a turn off, but that there are other places that you can go for a first date that don't necessarily have to be Capital Grill or Nobu, that will still wow a woman and make for a great first impression.  Like bistro's, or cute little family owned restaurants.  Its not always about money when wowing a woman.  Creativity is key. I went to a pizzaria on Sunday that I thought would be perfect for a first date so I thought I'd share.  It was called Angelo & Vito's Pizzaria.  Its a Brooklyn styled pizzaria and it seemed great for a first date.  Its at 4520 Frankford Rd. Justin Timberlake is in concert tonight at the American Airlines Center 2500 Victory St, Dallas.  The concert starts at 7 and the tickets are $49.50 to $175.00..  www.ticketmaster.com  for tickets. Rachel Avonne is going to be performing tonight at Buttons Fort Worth, 4701 W. Fwy.  She will be performing from 7:30pm to 10pm.  You can eat, relax and listen to some good music!
