The Best Free Comedy Show in DFW!  Plus Free Buffet from 6pm to 8pm at the Brickhouse Lounge 2525 E. Arkansas Ln. #253 with comedians Derrick Cakley, Midnite, Quenton Q Coleman and Angelia Walker.  The Show starts at 9:15

The Dallas Stars go against the Carolina Hurricanes tonight at American Airlines Center at 7:30pm.  2500 Victory Ave., Dallas.



Jazz in the Atrium at the Dallas Museum of Art.  1717 N. Harwood St., Dallas.  Its from 6pm to 8pm, its free, you can purchase food and drinks if you like however,  and tonight will be the Carolyn Lee Jones Quintet.



The Quake Burlesque and Variety Show is going to be tonight at Three Links 2704 Elm St., Dallas.  It will be $10 to get in.

Angelo & Vito's Pizzaria/ Nice quaint spot for a first date

This friday I was amongst a group of people and a discussion came up about women who are turned off by going to a place like Applebee's for a first date because its cheap.  My offering to the discussion was that, yes Applebee's for a first date can definitely be a turn off, but that there are other places that you can go for a first date that don't necessarily have to be Capital Grill or Nobu, that will still wow a woman and make for a great first impression.  Like bistro's, or cute little family owned restaurants.  Its not always about money when wowing a woman.  Creativity is key. I went to a pizzaria on Sunday that I thought would be perfect for a first date so I thought I'd share.  It was called Angelo & Vito's Pizzaria.  Its a Brooklyn styled pizzaria and it seemed great for a first date.  Its at 4520 Frankford Rd. Justin Timberlake is in concert tonight at the American Airlines Center 2500 Victory St, Dallas.  The concert starts at 7 and the tickets are $49.50 to $175.00..  www.ticketmaster.com  for tickets. Rachel Avonne is going to be performing tonight at Buttons Fort Worth, 4701 W. Fwy.  She will be performing from 7:30pm to 10pm.  You can eat, relax and listen to some good music! Luke Wade is performing tonight at 7pm at The Live Oak in Fort Worth, 1311 Lipscomb St.  The cost is $10 to get in. Its Wine Down Wednesdays at Chiladas Fresh Mex Grill in Plano, 6145 Windhaven Pkwy, Suite 120 from 4pm to 7pm.  Glasses of wine are $3. You can have a great time tonight at The Prophet Bar for their open mic!  Enjoy the best in local talent, and DJ Jay Clipp is in the mix, and RC and the Gritz will be performing.
