Tonights Fun!

Donnell Rawlings will be doing his funny stand up act again tonight at the Arlington Improv @ 7pm, 309 Curtis Mathes Way.  Tickets are $30.

Red Young is performing at Scat Jazz Lounge tonight 111 W. Fourth St., Fort Worth.  8pm isca good time to get there.

Creative Souls Band Date!  Learn to play an instrument and 2 hours later play a song for a crowd!!  It cost $25 and is at Creative Soul Music School 5236 S. Hulen St., Fort Worth.

Funny man Nick Guerra is doing stand up tonight at Hyena's Comedy Night Club, Dallas.   5321 E. Mockingbird Ln., Dallas.   The show is at a 8pm and cost $10 to $15

For the open minded couple... You can go enjoy Ruby Revue Burlesque tonight at the House if Blues.  2200 N. Lamar St., Dallas.  $20-$30.  Its going to be beautiful, artistic and entertaining.. and could inspire some ideas.

Country? Randy Rogers Band is performing at Billy Bobs Texas at 8pm.  2620 Rodeo Plaza.

Angelo & Vito's Pizzaria/ Nice quaint spot for a first date

This friday I was amongst a group of people and a discussion came up about women who are turned off by going to a place like Applebee's for a first date because its cheap.  My offering to the discussion was that, yes Applebee's for a first date can definitely be a turn off, but that there are other places that you can go for a first date that don't necessarily have to be Capital Grill or Nobu, that will still wow a woman and make for a great first impression.  Like bistro's, or cute little family owned restaurants.  Its not always about money when wowing a woman.  Creativity is key.
