Beyonce will be in concert tonight at the American Airlines Center 2500 Victory Avenue, Dallas at 8pm.  Go to www.ticketmaster.com to purchase your tickets.



The Best Lemon Pepper Wings in the Metroplex (I think anyway) and they deliver!!  The restaurant is called Wing Town.  The restaurant is located at 1930 N. Story Rd, in Irving.  Now you do have to be in their delivery area obviously.  Their phone number is 972-790-4444 and their website is www.wingtown.net



Maple Salmon Recipe!!



1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound salmon

Directions..
1.    
             In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper.
2.       Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish, and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
3.       Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
4.       Place the baking dish in the preheated oven, and bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.

John Legend, Tamar Braxton, Modi, Wine, Rock!! Something for Everyone!!!

If you didn’t know..  John Legend and Tamar Braxton will be in concert tonight at the Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie 1001 Performance Pl.  Tickets are $41.50 to $71.50..  Go to ticketmaster.com to buy tickets and the show starts at 8pm. You could go hang out and Jack Mac’s Swill and Grill where they will be giving away the glasses.  Order a community brew and they are giving you the glass to take home!  7 is a good time to get there and they are located at 19009 Preston Rd.  Dallas Two Cow Garage is performing tonight at the Magnolia Motor Lounge 3005 Morton St.  Fort Worth.  Show starts at 10pm, go listen to great live rock, drink, eat, and hang out! Chop Shop Irving! Delicious clean food!

This entry is going to take a turn back to the old days and what this blog was originally created for..  To highlight great places for a date.  I think I've had enough of dishing all of my business to you all..  Sorry :-) I was over in Irving, hungry, and looking for some REAL FOOD so I drove around and stumbled upon the Original Chop Shop.  Evidently it has been there since 2013..  But I'm rarely in Irving so.. Its all good clean food!  Delicious and well made, and there are vegan options!  I got the Green Curry Tofu bowl and it was good and filling.  I had a lot leftover to bring home with me too.  For carnivores, yes they do have menu offerings with chicken, steak, and shrimp.  I had their ginger strawberry lemonade to drink and it was the absolute best lemonade I've ever had in my life!  I should've known it was going to be good too because when I ordered it one of the employees got excited for me!  Lol. ...
